Digital Ewha World (DEW) is a monthly webzine on current affairs created by students of the Division of Communication and Media. Since its creation in June 1999, new issues of DEW have been released each month in an attempt to report the world as seen by people in their twenties—a perspective that is often missing from the standard press. Despite being a non-profit webzine created by students, DEW is able to keep up with more prominent current affairs webzines in terms of quality, including planning, coverage, and news article content.

The students are always doing their best not to rely on preexisting news and instead find their own new issues and information, consulting experts in the chosen subjects and presenting the information to readers from different angles.
