2026-1 필수 교양영어 수작업 수강신청 안내를 드리고자 합니다.

1. 수작업 신청 대상: 대상자는 모두 초수강자에 한함 (재수강은 계절학기 이수가 원칙임)

1) 학점등록생 (College English, Advanced English만 남음) : 수업연한 초과 [※ 수업연한: 4년(8학기). 단, 건축학전공 5년, 약학대학 6년] 

2) 편입생

3) 전과생 (승인 직후)

4) 재입학생 (재입학 직후)

※위의 경우에 해당되지 않는 학생은 수작업 대상 아님

2. 수작업 신청서 제출기간 (기한 엄수!)

-1차: 2.02.(월) 9:00 ~ 2.9.(월) 15:00 까지

-2차: 2.12.(월) 9:00 ~ 2.19.(화) 15:00 까지

3. 원칙적으로 본인 소속 단과대학 분반에만 수강신청 가능함. 타 단과대학 분반에는 증원 불가

※지정 학기 학생들의 수강신청이 끝난 후, 수강신청 확인 및 변경기간(3.3.(화) 09:00 ~ 3.9.(월) 15:00)에는

모든 분반별 잔여석에 한하여 수강신청 대상자가 전체학년으로 확대될 예정입니다.

수작업신청대상자는 이 기간동안 수강신청을 직접 신청해 보시기 바랍니다.

→ 수강신청 확인 및 변경기간에 본인 단과대 분반에 여석이 없고, 수작업 대상자에 속하는 경우에만 신청서를 보내주시길 바랍니다.

4. 신청 방법

첨부된 수작업 신청서를 작성하여 글로벌소통교육실 이메일(epo@ewha.ac.kr)로 제출

단, 학점등록생의 경우 졸업시뮬레이션 결과(PDF, 캡쳐 파일)를 신청서와 함께 제출

5. 수작업 신청시 유의사항:

-수작업 신청서에 작성한 신청 분반의 시간표가 다른 과목 시간과 겹치지 않아야 하며, 3학점을 비워 두어야 신청가능

-수작업신청이 승인될 경우 수강철회가 불가함

-같은 시간대 다른 분반으로 수강신청 될 수 있음

[GLEO] Guide to Applying for Manual Registration for College/Advanced English Courses (2026-1st Semester)

Please check the following instructions for applying for manual registration for College/Advanced English courses in the first semester of 2026. 

1. Subject for Manual Registration:

Manual registration is available only to students taking College/Advanced English courses for the first time. Please refer to the categories listed below. Students who do not meet any of these criteria are not eligible for manual registration.

Students who wish to retake the courses must register during the Summer or Winter Session and are not eligible for manual registration.

1) Students Eligible for Credit Registration
Students who are registered and have only College English or Advanced English courses remaining to fulfill graduation requirements after the expiration of their course years.

※ Course years: 4 years (8 semesters)

※ For Architecture majors: 5 years (10 semesters) / For Pharmacy majors: 6 years (12 semesters)

2) Transfer Students

3) Students Who Changed Their Major/Department

à Manual registration is available immediately after the major or department change.

4) Students Who Are Readmitted to the University

à Manual registration is available immediately after readmission.

2. Period for Submitting Application Forms (Please comply with the Deadline!)

-1st Submission Period: Feb.02.(Mon) 9:00 ~ Feb.09.(Mon) 15:00

-2nd Submission Period: Feb.12.(Thur) 9:00 ~ Feb.19.(Thur) 15:00

3. Class Assignment and Registration Period

Classes will be assigned according to students’ major/department. Please note that during the Registration Confirmation/Change Period (09:00, March 3 to 15:00, March 9), any remaining seats will be open to all students.

Students who are eligible for manual registration should attempt registration during the Registration Confirmation/Change Period. The application form for manual registration may only be submitted if no seats remain after the Registration Confirmation/Change Period.

4. Application Method

- Fill out the attached application form and submit it to GLEO via email (epo@ewha.ac.kr).

- For credit registration students, please submit graduation simulation results (PDF files, scanned or captured images, etc.) in addition to the application form.

- Guide to Using the Graduation Simulation Program

A. The Graduation Simulation Program is available to students who have completed 7 semesters or more

※ For Architecture majors: 9 semesters or more / For Pharmacy majors: 11 semesters or more)

5. Notes

- The course schedule must not overlap with other classes.

- 3 credits should be available for the course registration.

- The course cannot be withdrawn once the manual registration has been completed.
