Login to ELC online application page, click “Registration list” under “Registration” and click “Cancel”  Then, send the following information via email to kfl@ewha.ac.kr : Name of the person canceling application, which semester you are canceling, and a copy of your Korean bank book.

Please refer to the exchange rate of the day at your bank to remit the money. -> Any deficit or surplus money will be balanced after the beginning of the semester.

* Overpaid(surplus) fees can only be refunded to a Korean bank account. If you’re paying overseas, we suggest you pay 90% of the fee and pay again the rest of the deficit amount in Korea.

[Student] online registration
      ↓
[Student] submit application documents
      ↓
[ELC] Announce the result after document screening and notify the tuition fee by email. (The screening process takes 3-5 business days)
      ↓
[Student] After paying the tuition fee, send the receipt of remittance and, if wanted, dormitory application (a simple email stating one’s intention to apply for the dormitory), to kfl@ewha.ac.kr
      ↓
[ELC] Inform of the Placement Test, deficit and surplus fees, if any (the process takes 3-5 business days).
      ↓
[Student] Take the placement test in Seoul, Korea.
