This face-to-face education course trains next-generation female leaders on the international stage and helps them to build networks. During the summer and winter of 2012~2019, Asian-African female NGO leaders were invited to Ewha Women's University, and the program consisted of lectures, discussions, and action plans.

❍ Vocational Education for Women

The program provided education to Asian/African civil servants and nongovernmental experts in the fields of gender and employment policy. The program consisted of lectures, training and field trips on relevant policies, and participatory workshops to design project plans based on the conditions of each country.
