- Sunhye Kim is an assistant professor in the Department of Women's Studies. Her research and teaching focus on the politics of human (re)production, technology and gender, family and labor, cross-border medical tourism, and qualitative methods. Her major publications include “Eggs and Sperm from Others: Reproduction and Gendered Racialization in South Korea,” “The Role of Reproductive Justice Movements in Challenging the Ban on Abortion in South Korea,” “Reproductive Technologies as Population Control: How Pronatalist Policies Harm Reproductive Health in South Korea.” She received her Ph.D. in the Department of Women’s Studies at the University of Maryland and completed her postdoctoral research at Harvard University and George Washington University before joining Ewha Womans University.

- Young Joo Kim is specialized in educational technology. She has conducted research in collaborative contexts such as project-based learning and action learning communities and published her findings have been published in academic journals. At the Asian Center for Women's Studies, she is in charge of the entire Asian Women's Studies, including curriculum development, student management, and recruitment of new students. She also plans and manages projects related to Asian Women's Studies, like the ‘Needs Assessment within Cambodian Higher Education for the Joint Development and Implementation of On-Offline Gender Studies Education Model and Contents.’

- Haewon Yang earned her Ph.D. in Religion at Claremont Graduate University with a concentration on women’s studies in religion. Her research interest focuses on life narratives of women within the context of religion and culture. She has published articles in scholarly journals including the Journal of Korean Religions, Studies in Religion, Women’s Studies Review, Religion and Literature, Humanities Contents, and Korean Studies Quarterly. She is the Managing Editor for the Asian Journal of Women’s Studies and is also in charge of international relations work at the Asian Center for Women’s Studies.

- Boo Young Park is responsible for administration and project planning. Her research interests include the hatred towards the LGBTQ community and queer sexuality in Korean society. She wrote her master's thesis on the contradictions and gendered discourses of the ex-gay 'movement'.
