2020 겨울 스크랜튼대학 <온라인 국내탐방 지원 프로그램>

1. 참가대상: 스크랜튼대학 재학 중인 정규등록생

2. 참가방법:

○ 최소 4명, 최대 5명의 학생들이 한 팀을 이룬다.

○ 겨울방학 기간(12월 21일(월) ~ 1월 22일(목)) 중 국내 탐방, 봉사, 연구 계획을 세운 탐방계획서(첨부파일)를 전공사무실에 제출.

○ 계획서를 심사한 후 지원 여부 결정.

○ 계획서 일정에 따라 팀별로 온라인 국내 탐방 실시.

○ 탐방 후, 탐방 결과 보고서 제출. (필요한 경우 증빙자료 제출)

○ 1인 당 30만원 장학금 형식으로 탐방비 지원

3. 선발기준

○ 계획서에 탐방의 학습적인 목적이 분명히 제시되어 있어야 함

○ 탐방을 통하여 학습적인 목적을 얼마나 구체적이고 독창적으로 달성할 수 있도록 계획하였는지 심사

4. 선발일정

○ 탐방계획서 접수 마감: 2020년 11월 12일(목), 오후 5시까지, 행정실에 제출(국교관 707호).

○ 선발결과 발표: 2020년 11월 18일(수), 스크랜튼대학 홈페이지에 공지

○ 오리엔테이션 실시(필수참석): 2020년 11월 말 (※정확한 일정과 장소는 추후 안내)

2020 Winter Scranton College Support Program for Local Tour (online)

1. Qualification: Students regularly enrolled at Scranton College

2. How to Participate

○ Each team must be composed of 4-5 members.

○ Participants must submit a Online-Touring plan(via Internet, zoom, etc), for touring, commitment and investigation on local areas of Korea (see attachments) to the department office. Period of undertaking tours: 21 December 2020 (Mon) - 22 January 2021 (Fri).

○ Support will be decided after examination of plans.

○ Each team will online-tour the local areas of Korea according to their plans.

○ After the tour, each team must submit a team tour report.

○ Up to 300,000\ will be given to each team member (support may be restrained in case of improper use of budget).

3. Criteria for selection

○ Purpose of learning should be clearly stated in the tour plans.

○ Examination will cover the concreteness and originality of the learning objectives that would be achieved in the process of touring.

4. Application Period:

○ Application Deadline: Thur, 12 November 2020, 5 pm, to the department office (IEB 707)

○ Announcement: Wed, 17 November 2020, at Scranton College online board

○ Orientation (must attend): End of November 2020. (Date and time to be announced)
