중국 및 지역사회 감염 확인국가‧지역을 방문(경유 포함)한 경우

코로나19 의심 증상 혹은 확진으로 인해 국가기관 또는 의료기관으로부터 격리(입원)가 필요하다고 판정된 경우

증빙서류

해당 국가 방문 일정이 명시된 여권,

출입국사실증명서 등

진단서, 소견서,

격리통지서, 입원치료 통지서 등

제출원칙

증빙서류는 스캔파일도 제출 가능하나 담당교수의 요청이 있을 경우 원본을 제출하여야 함

증빙서류는 사유발생일로부터 2주 이내에 제출함이 원칙이나 부득이한 경우 2주를 초과하여 제출할 수 있음

입국일로부터 2주 경과시까지의

전 기간 인정

(대구/경북지역 방문자의 경우

서울 도착일로부터 2주)

진료기관에서 완치(음성)로 판정하여

격리 해제될 때까지 전 기간 인정하되 최대 3주까지 인정

(3주 초과시에는 질병휴학 가능)

Cases

Students who have been to (or passed through) China or other areas(cities or countries) confirmed as critical COVID 19 Spread after 1/22/20 (Wed.)

Students who have been decided to be quarantined(or hospitalized) by the national institute or medical institutes.

Required Documents

Passport stamped with the visited country and the dates, Certificate of Entry and Exit, etc

Doctor’s note, Quarantine Notice(격리통지서), Notice for hospitalization (입원치료통지서) etc.

Submission rules

Documents can be scanned. Original documents are necessary when the professor requests it. As a rule, documents need to be submitted within the 2 weeks of occurrence of the case, yet it can be extended under unavoidable circumstances.

The period for excusing the absences

Two weeks from the day of entry.

(In the case of students having visited Daegu or other northern Kyungsangdo area, two weeks from the day arriving at Seoul)

Until the medical institute officially confirm to release the state of quarantine. But it can’t be more than 3 weeks.

(when it is over 3 weeks, students may take leave of absence for medical reason)
