1.    2020 Summer Intensive Semester Dormitory Schedule:

-Residence Period: 12^th, June (Fri) ~ 28^th, August (Fri)

-Check-In Date: From 12^th, June (Fri)

-Check-Out Date: By 10:00 a.m. 28^th, August (Fri)

* Check-In/out outside of this period is not possible.

* As per COVID-19 situation, self-quarantine may be required before check-in.

 

2. Application Qualification: Students enrolled in 2020 Summer Intensive Program

(In newcomers' case, those who have passed up to document screening)

 

3. Application period: 

27^th, April, 2020 (Mon) 0 A.M. ~ 30^th ,April, 2020 (Thu) 11:59 P.M. Korean Standard Time (KST)

(Please keep time strictly/ First-come-first-serve system / May close earlier than the deadline)

*Open from midnight between 26^th(Sun) and 27^th(Mon).

 

4. Summer Intensive Semester I-House Room Type and Fee:

 

I-House C	Single Room (En-suite bathroom)	2,289,000 KRW
	Double Room (En-suite / Shared bathroom)	1,340,000 KRW
I-House E	Single Room (Shared bathroom, female only)	1,400,000 KRW

5. How to Apply:

Go to the link (Link erased due to application closing) and fill out the dormitory application form.

 

*If you submit more than once, only the final submission will count

*Accessible through Desktop computer and mobile phone both.

* NAVER ID is not necessary.

 

6. Announcement of Application Results: 

Scheduled on May (Specific date to be announced later via email to the applicants only)

 

7. Payment period of the dormitory:

Scheduled on May (one week provided after the result announcement, specific date to be announced later via email to the applicants only)

 

*Please keep the deadline, if the payment is not made within the payment deadline, the opportunity will be given to wait-listed applicants.

*Send the payment receipt to kfldorm@ewha.ac.kr by the payment deadline.

*”Sender/Depositor Name” should be the student’s own name.

 

8. Required Document (Chest X-ray report) Submission Deadline:

Same with payment deadline (one week provided after the result announcement, specific date to be announced later via email to the applicants only)

 

*Chest X-ray report that is taken after May 4th, 2020; the note must be written in either Korean or English, and need to prove that the student does not have tuberculosis.

*Current spring semester residents do not need to re-submit the x-ray report if they have submitted the x-ray that was taken after January 4th, 2020.

 

9.  Spring-Summer Break Residence:

-Residence Period: 4^th , June (Thu) ~12^th, June  (Fri)

-Residence Qualification: Current Spring Semester Residents who are also consecutively enrolled in the summer semester.

*The payment will be included in the summer semester dormitory fee invoice.

10. Summer Semester Dormitory Refund Regulation

11. Note

1. If you have not applied to ELC Intensive course, the dormitory shall be cancelled automatically.

2. The room shall be assigned in order of application.

3. Application shall be cancelled if dormitory fee was not paid in time.

4. Dormitory assignment is not allowed if there is a problem in chest X-ray diagnosis.

5. The International Dormitory does not provide meal, and you can dine at nearby student cafeteria for the price range of 5,000 KRW.
