This is a guide on how to apply for manual registration for College English/Advanced English courses for Summer 2023.

1. Eligible students:

- Students who will graduate in August 2023.

Students who have no divisions left to register for (especially those who need to take a course that is offered with only one section available such as CE for Humanities, CE for Arts/PE and AE for Arts/PE).

※ Students who do not fall under at least one of the above cases are not eligible for manual registration.

※ Classes will be assigned according to student’s major/department.

※ It is recommended that students continue to try to register on their own even if they have applied for manual registration.

2. Application method

- Please submit the application form and graduation simulation results(PDF files, scanned or captured files etc.) to GLEO via email (epo@ewha.ac.kr).

- Guide to using “Graduation Simulation” Program

A. Operating Period: Feb. 1, 2023 10:00 ~ Jun. 13, 2023 23:59

B. Program will be open to students who have completed 7 semesters or more.

(Architecture Design: 9 semesters or more, 6 year course Pharmacy: 11 semesters or more)

C. Program location: Only available in Korean version: Login to Eureka>마이유레카>학사행정>졸업>졸업시뮬레이션

3. Period for submitting application forms

- 5.18. (Thu.) 9:00 ~ 5.30. (Tue.) 9:00

4. Notes:

- Students who are coming back from a leave of absence can take up to 3 credits.

- Students cannot withdraw from a course once the manual registration is completed.
