[글로벌소통교육실] 2019-1 교양영어 수강신청안내 (휴학, 편입, 재입학, 전과, 외국인 학생 등)

 

1. 2019-1학기부터 외국인 학생들은 [Essential English] 또는 [고급영어] 외국인 분반([Essential English:10901-22~25], [고급영어:10099-14])을 직접 수강신청할 수 있습니다. 정규 수강신청 기간에 수강신청 시스템을 통하여 본인이 희망하는 수업을 직접 신청하시기 바랍니다.

 

2. 이 외에 2019년 1학기에 [대학영어], [고급영어] 수강하고자 하는 학생들은 다음 안내를 따라 주시기 바랍니다.

 

- 대상:

1. [대학영어] 수강을 희망하는 외국인 학생

2. 필수 교양영어 이수학기 휴학 후 2019-1학기 복학하는 학생

3. [고급영어]가 선택과목이었던 학과에서 필수과목인 학과로 전과한 학생

4. 전적학교에서 교양영어를 인정받지 못한 편입생

5. 재입학한 학생

 

- 신청 기간: 2월 11일(월) 10:00 ~13일(수) 13:00 

- 신청 방법: http://naver.me/Gm78sqxT를 통하여 수강신청서를 작성한 후, 온라인 제출

 

* 온라인 수강 신청서 작성 시 유의사항:

 

- 수강 신청서를 모두 꼼꼼히 작성해 주시기 바랍니다. (온라인 수강 신청서 제출은 한 IP당 한 번만 가능합니다.)

- 희망 교시는 본인이 속한 단과대학(예: 인문대, 사회대)의 시간표로 선택해 주시고, 해당 시간에는 다른 교과목 수강을 피해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 이수 학기는 현재 다니는 학기가 아닌 완료된 학기를 작성하여 주십시오.

- 연락처는 학점초과나 시간표 충돌 등 수강신청이 불가능한 상황에 필요하오니, 휴대폰번호와 이메일 모두 작성해 주시고 수강신청 완료 전까지는 휴대폰 및 이메일 확인을 자주 해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 접수된 수강 신청서에 한해 글로벌소통교육실에서 해당 교과목을 수작업으로 처리할 예정이며, 희망 교시에 작성된 시간대와 총 이수 가능 학점에서 3학점을 비워 두시기 바랍니다. 다른 교과목과 시간이 충돌되거나 최대 학점이 초과될 경우, 다시 신청해 드리지 않습니다.

- 최종 수강신청 확인은 2월 28일(목)에 본인 수강신청내역에서 확인하실 수 있습니다(수작업으로 수강신청된 교과목은 취소가 불가합니다).

[Global Language Education Office] 2019-1 English Language Course Registration (Leave of absence, transfer, re-entrance, change of major, foreign students)

 

1. From 2019 1st semester, foreign students can register for [Essential English] or [Advanced English] course for foreign students([Essential English:10901-22~25], [Advanced English:10099-14]). During the course registration period, please register for courses using the course registration system.

 

2. For students wishing to take [College English] or [Advanced English], please read the following guidelines.

 

Subjects:

1. Foreign students who want to take [College English]

2. Students returning for 2019 1st semester after a leave of absence during the semester when students were required to take English courses.

3. Students who have changed from majors where [Advanced English] was optional to majors where it is required

4. Transfer students whose English language course credits from their former school was not recognized.

5. Students who have re-entered the university

 

- Application period: Feb. 11 (Mon)  10:00  ~ 13 (Wed) 13:00

- Application method: After filling out the application form through http://naver.me/Gm78sqxT, submit online

 

* Things to note when filling out the application form

 

- Please fill out the form carefully. (You can submit online just once per IP.)

- For desired period, select according to the department (ex. Humanities, Social Science) schedule in which you are a part ofand please avoid registering for other courses during that period.

- Completed semester is not the current semester but how many semesters you have completed.

- Contact information is required for cases where there is trouble with the schedule or registration is impossible, so please write your phone number and email address. Please check your phone or email often until the registration is completed.

- Just for submitted application forms, Global Language Education Office will manually perform the course registration, so please leave 3 credits out from the total number of credits you can take and leave the desired period empty. If the total number of credits you can take exceeds or overlaps with other courses, we will not register for you again.

- You can check for the final results on Feb. 28th (Thu) in your course registration list. (The course we registered for you cannot be cancelled.)
