[Dorm] 2022 Summer short-term 1st (Jul) dormitory application guide


Only students who have been vaccinated may reside


1. 2022 Summer 1st(Jul) Short-term semester Dormitory Schedule                       

- Residence Period: July 1st, 2022 (Fri) ~ July 22nd, 2022 (Fri)

- Move-In: From 10:00 A.M July 1st, 2022 (Fri) / Move-Out: By 10:00 a.m. August 19th, 2022 (Fri)


  Move-in hours: weekdays (Mon~Fri) 10:00 a.m. ~ 7:00 p.m. (Move-In/out is not allowed except during this period.)

  You can only move in on weekdays as COVID-19 situation worsen.

  Overseas entrants who have registered their vaccination history (completed with the 3rdvaccination) have been obligated to self-isolate from Monday, March 21, 2022 (unregistered overseas entrants from Friday, April 1st). Whether self-quarantine is mandatory or not may vary according to the authorities' quarantine guidelines in the future. If self-quarantine is mandatory, self-quarantine in dormitory is not possible and you can join the dormitory after self-quarantine is completed from the outside.



2. Application Qualification                                                                 

- Students enrolled in 2022 Summer 1st (Jul) short-term Program


The payment process of the 2022 Summer 1st (Jul) short-term program should be completed.



3. Application period                                                                        

- May 23rd, 2022 (Mon) 0:00 a.m. ~ May 29th, 2022 (Sun) 23:59 a.m. (Korean Standard Time)

4. 2022 Summer 1st(Jul) Short-term semester Room Type and Fee:

5. How to Apply

If you are unable to apply for the dormitory even after submitting online application form for the Summer short-term 1st(Jul) semester, please try again after refreshing the page.



6. Announcement of Application Results & Dormitory Fee Payment Information

- Will be announced individually through email on June 2nd, 2022 (Thurs)



7. Payment period of the dormitory                                        

- June 2nd, 2022 (Thurs) ~ June 6th, 2022(Mon) (KST)


  Please make payment after checking the application result announcement delivered through email.

  Please be punctual. (The opportunity will be given to other applicants on the waiting list, if the payment is not made within the payment due date.)

  Send the payment receipt to by the payment due date.

  Sender/Depositor Name’ should be the students name.



8. Required Document Submission                                         

(1) Rapid antigen test negative results(original paper)

  - Submission Period: Submit to dormitory office on the day of move-in.

  - Condition:  ① Rapid antigen test negative results: Inspection within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in date.

③ Student name (English), date of examination, and whether the result is negative should be included.

- All 2022 Summer New Comers have to submit the results.


(2) Certificate of vaccination or proof of vaccination completion

  - Submission Due date: Submit it directly to the dormitory office on the day of move-in.

  - Condition: ① Within 180 days after 14 days of second vaccination(exception: first dose of Janssen)

Or ② After third vaccination(exception: second dose of Janssen)(no expiration date as of Dec. 2021)

   ③ Only vaccination certificate (paper) containing [Personal information, vaccination information, the date of 1/2/3 vaccination]

  - Subject: Students of 2022 Summer Short-term 1st(Jul) Program who joins dormitory.


  Only 8 WHO-approved vaccines (Pfizer, Janssen, Moderna, AstraZeneca, KoviShield, Sinopharm, Sinobeck and Kovine) fall under vaccine passes, while no other vaccines are recognized.

   Certificate of vaccination or proof of vaccination completion(paper) can only be submitted in Korean or in English (Translation notarization is required for other languages)

   You will not be able to enter dormitory if you cannot confirm the vaccination certificate or proof of vaccination completion, so make sure to prepare related documents so that admission is not denied.

   This content may change according to future quarantine guidelines of the authorities, and will be notified separately in case of change.

11. Note                                                                                      

1.    If you have not applied or cancel application of ELC short-term course, the dormitory will be cancelled automatically.

2.    The room will be randomly assigned in the order of application submission.

3.    Application will be cancelled if dormitory fee is not paid by the deadline.

4.    Dormitory move-in is not allowed if there is a problem in COVID-19 test result.
