코로나19 집단 감염으로부터 기숙사생의 안전을 지키기 위한'기숙사생 건강 기록지' 상시 제출 의무화가 21-1학기에도 진행됩니다. 기숙사에 설치된 체온 측정 부스 혹은 개별 지참 체온계를 이용하여 본인의 건강 상태를 매일 확인하시어 구글 폼에 당일 자정까지(~ 23:59:59) 제출하시기 바랍니다.

- 구글 폼 주소는 기숙사 관 별로 상이하므로 다른 주소로 제출하지 않도록 유의

- 입사 수속을 진행하였거나 기숙사에 실제 거주하고 있는 사생이 미제출할 경우 1회당 벌점 0.5점 부과

- 기숙사 게시판 혹은 체온 측정 부스 등에서 ‘기숙사생 건강 기록지 제출 의무화’ 공지문 추가 확인

이상 고온(37.5°C 이상), 코로나19 의심 증상(근육통/호흡기 이상/기침 등)이 발생하거나 확진자를 접촉하거나 동선이 겹친 경우 즉시 기숙사 사무실로 신고한 후 서대문구 보건소(02-330-1806, 02-330-1300(22시 이후))에 연락하여 진단 검사를 실시하시기 바라며, 기숙사 거주 중 건강 관리에 각별한 주의 부탁 드립니다.

[Mandatory Submission of Health Survey for Dorm Residents] 

To ensure the safety of dormitory residents from COVID-19, submission of ‘Health Survey’ is mandatory for all dorm residents, also in Spring 2021 semester. 

Please check every morning for your health status at the body temperature measurement booth, and submit it on the Google form by every midnight (~23:59:59).

- Google form address is different for each dormitory, so please refer to the bottom.

- When you don’t submit on form after your check-in procedure and move-in, you will get “0.5” penalty demerit points.

(* Required to submit even if you're going out or staying overnight)

- Must check the bulletin board in your dormitory for the notice of ‘Mandatory Submission of Health Survey for Dorm Residents’

If abnormal high temperatures (37.5°C or higher) and suspicious symptoms of COVID-19 (muscle pain/respiratory abnormality/cough, etc.) occur or contact the infected, please report immediately to the housing office and contact the Seodaemun-gu Health Center(02-330-1806) to conduct a diagnostic test.
