1교시에 관하여

The professor encouraged me to speak English confidently, listening to me carefully. I got some confidence with speaking. 

(교수님께서 제 이야기를 귀 기울여 들어 주시고, 제가 자신감을 가지고 영어로 말할 수 있도록 격려해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 영어로 말하는 것에 자신감이 많이 생겼습니다.)

재밌었고 영어 말하는 거에 아예 자신감이 없었는데 영어로 어색하더라도 제 생각을 말할 수 있게 됐어요. 

수업 내용이 매우 알차고 선생님께서 항상 친절하게 질문에 답해 주셔서 감동받았습니다.

I appreciate the rich classroom discussion and abundant practical exercise arrangements the most. The teacher guides us to practice repeatedly, which greatly helps me consolidate knowledge and improve oral reaction ability. 

(제가 가장 좋았던 점은 수업 시간에 토론을 많이 하고, 연습도 충분히 할 수 있었다는 점입니다. 교수님께서 반복해서 연습할 수 있도록 이끌어 주셔서 배운 내용을 확실히 익힐 수 있었고, 영어로 바로 말하는 능력도 많이 향상됐습니다.)

I liked that we had enough time to learn various presentation skills and practice them ourselves.

(프레젠테이션에 필요한 다양한 스킬을 배우고 직접 연습할 시간까지 넉넉하게 주어져서 좋았습니다.)

2, 3 교시에 관하여 

I really enjoyed the interactive class activities and practical interview exercises in this course. The teacher explained professional knowledge clearly and patiently, which helped me build confidence in English expression.

(수업 중에 진행했던 참여형 활동과 실전 면접 연습이 특히 재미있었습니다. 교수님께서 전문적인 내용을 쉽고 명확하게 설명해 주셔서 영어로 표현하는 데 자신감을 키울 수 있었습니다.)

It was great to learn the basic formats of a resume and cover letter, and actually writing them myself gave me a chance to think about my future. I also believe this is something you get better at the more you do it, so I really appreciated having the opportunity to write them.

(이력서와 자기소개서의 기본적인 형식을 배울 수 있어서 좋았고, 직접 작성해 보면서 제 진로에 대해 진지하게 생각해 볼 수 있는 계기가 되었습니다. 이런 글은 많이 써볼수록 실력이 늘어난다고 생각하는데, 직접 작성해 볼 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다.)

It was also very enjoyable that students could ask questions to the person being interviewed. Listening to other students’ interviews allowed me to learn good examples of interview answers, and it was interesting to learn about a variety of careers. 

(인터뷰 받는 학생에게 다른 학생들이 직접 질문할 수 있었던 점도 정말 좋았습니다. 다른 학생들의 인터뷰를 들으면서 좋은 답변 예시를 배울 수 있었고, 다양한 직업과 진로에 대해서 알게 되어 흥미로웠습니다.)

4교시 튜터링, 전반적인 프로그램에 관하여

I enjoyed conversing in a group because the comfortable atmosphere allowed us to learn from one another. I also loved being able to talk with the teaching assistants during the breaks, which made even my downtime a great way to practice English. And also tutoring too.

(편안한 분위기에서 그룹별로 대화할 수 있어서 서로에게 배우며 영어를 연습할 수 있었던 점이 좋았습니다. 쉬는 시간에도 조교님들과 이야기할 수 있어서 쉬는 시간마저 영어를 연습할 수 있는 좋은 기회였습니다. 튜터링도 정말 많은 도움이 되었습니다.)

I enjoyed how the class felt like a casual conversation rather than a formal lesson. I especially appreciated Tutor A, who always suggested more appropriate words and expressions for what we wanted to say. Her feedback was incredibly helpful and helped me express my ideas more naturally in English.

(딱딱한 수업이라기보다 편하게 대화를 나누는 분위기여서 정말 좋았습니다. 특히 튜터 A님이 우리가 하고 싶은 말을 더 자연스럽고 적절한 영어 표현으로 바꿔 주셔서 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 튜터의 피드백 덕분에 제 생각을 영어로 훨씬 자연스럽게 표현할 수 있게 되었습니다.)

I loved SMaP so much! It was a great time to communicate with students in new ways, and it was a great time to enhance my confidence.
