2023-2 필수 교양영어 수작업 수강신청 안내입니다.

 

1. 수작업 신청 대상: 대상자는 모두 초수강자에 한함 (재수강은 계절학기 이수가 원칙임).

1) 학점등록생(College English, Advanced English만 남음)

: 수업연한 초과. (4년(8학기). 단, 건축학전공 5년, 약학대학 6년)

2) 필수 교양영어 지정 이수 학기에 휴학 후, 소속 단과대에 필수 교양영어 분반이 개설된 직후 학기에 복학하는 학생

3) 편입생

4) 전과생 (승인 직후)

5) 재입학생 (재입학 직후)

 

※위의 경우에 해당되지 않는 학생은 수작업 대상 아님.

※본인 소속 단과대학 분반에만 수강신청 가능함. 타 단과대학 분반에는 증원이 불가.

※지정 학기 학생들의 수강신청이 끝난 후, ①전체학년 수강신청 기간 (8.10(목) 09:00 ~ 08.11(금) 17:00) 및 ②수강신청 확인 및 변경기간 (9.1(금) 09:00 ~ 9.7(목) 15:00)에는

모든 분반별 잔여석에 한하여 수강신청 대상자가 전체학년으로 확대될 예정입니다.

본인이 수작업 신청 대상자이더라도 이 기간동안 수강신청을 직접 신청해 보시기 바랍니다.

→수강신청 확인 및 변경기간에도 본인 단과대 분반에 여석이 없고, 수작업 대상자에 속하는 경우에만 신청서를 보내주세요.

 

※ 참고: Advanced English(구. 고급영어) 4학년 이상 통합 분반개설 안내

-Advanced English 10099-42: 계열 구분 없이 4학년 이상만 수강 가능

(전체학년 수강신청 기간 및 수강신청 확인 및 변경기간에는 잔여석에 한하여 수강신청 대상자가 전체학년으로 확대됨.)

 

2.신청 방법

: 첨부된 수작업 신청서를 작성하여 글로벌소통교육실 이메일(epo@ewha.ac.kr)로 제출.

단, 학점등록생의 경우 졸업시뮬레이션 결과(PDF, 캡쳐 파일)를 신청서와 함께 제출.

마이유레카>대학>졸업>졸업사정/구분정정>수강/졸업시뮬레이션(단대)

 

3. 수작업 신청서 제출기간 (기한 엄수!)

-1차: 8월 16일(수) ~ 8월 18일(금) 오전 9:00시 까지

-2차: 8월 30일(수) ~ 9월 1일(금) 오전 9:00시 까지

 

4. 수작업 신청시 유의사항:

- 수작업 신청서에 작성한 신청 분반의 시간표가 다른 과목 시간과 겹치지 않아야 하며,

3학점을 비워 두어야 신청 가능함.

- 수작업신청이 승인될 경우 수강철회가 불가함.

[Global Language Education Office] Guide to applying for manual registration for College English/Advanced English courses

This is a guide on how to apply for manual registration for College English/Advanced English course.

1.Subject for manual registration:

Manual registration is possible for students who are first takers of College English/Advanced English only. (Students who want to re-take the course can register through Summer/Winter Session only.)

1)    Credit registration students (who only have College English (or Advanced English) course left to meet the graduation requirement.)

: Students who register courses after the expiration of the course years

※     Course years: Four years (eight semesters) (※five years (10 semesters) in the case of the five-year Architecture design course, and six years(12 semesters) in the case of the six-year College of Pharmacy course.)

2)    Students who have been on a leave of absence from school on the designated semester of their required course and returning to school this Fall semester (It should be right after they come back from a leave of absence. If there are no College English classes for your college in returning semester since it is not the designated semester, you can apply for manual registration the very next semester.)

3)    Transfer students

4)    Students who changed their major/department where Advanced English was optional (or College English was not required) to required.

5)    Students who are readmitted to school

※Students who do not fall under one of the above cases are not eligible for manual registration.

 

During All years Registration period AND Registration Confirmation/Change period, the remaining seats are open to all students.

Students who are eligible for manual registration should also try their registration during the above-mentioned period and only when there isn’t any remaining seats after the registration period can they submit the application form.

① All years Registration period: 8.10 (Thu) 09:00 ~ 8.11 (Fri) 17:00

② Registration confirmation and change period: 9.1 (Fri) 09:00 ~ 9.7 (Thu) 15:00

※ Classes will be assigned according to student’s major/department.

※ Information on Advanced English class (10099-42)

Students who have completed more than 6 semesters of any department can register for this course.

(During All years Registration period and Registration confirmation/Change period, the remaining seats are open to all students.)

 

2.Application method

- Fill out the attached application form and submit it to GLEO via email (epo@ewha.ac.kr).

- For credit registration students, please submit graduation simulation results (PDF files, scanned or captured files etc.) in addition to the application form.

- Guide to using “Graduation Simulation” Program

A. Operating Period: Aug. 1, 2023 10:00 ~ Dec. 13, 2023 23:59

B. Program will be open to students who have completed 7 semesters or more.

   (Architecture Design: 9 semesters or more, 6 year course Pharmacy: 11 semesters or more)

C. Program location: Login to Eureka> 마이유레카>대학>졸업>졸업사정/구분정정>수강/졸업시뮬레이션(단대)

 

3. Period for submitting application forms (Adherence to the Deadline!)

1^st: 8.16(Wed) ~ 8.18(Fri) 9:00AM

2^nd: 8.30(Wed) ~ 9.01(Fri) 9:00AM

 

4. Notes:

- The course schedule should not overlap with other classes.

- 3 credits should be available for course registration.

-The course cannot be withdrawn once the manual registration is completed.
