Introduction

Free lessons for new-comers are provided on a regular basis every month. The Fitness Center offers core personal training, training for enhancing musculoskeletal, GX (Group Exercise), Sling Class, indoor rock/sports climbing, and golf lessons. In addition, they also offer aerobics exercise and weight training.

Service Information

  • Sign up for membership on the homepage. After online sign-up, submit the certificate of enrollment to the center.
  • Only Intensive and Short-term Program students have access to the facility (Student ID required)

Operating Hours

  • Summer (March-November) Weekdays 06:30-21:30, Saturdays 09:00-17:00
  • Winter (December- February) Weekdays 07:00-20:30, Saturdays 09:00-17:00
