Docents

The Ewha Womans University Museum offers service by docents to provide guided tours not only in Korean but in English. The docent program offers an opportunity for visitors and the guides to fully experience the exhibitions and to exchange creative thoughts and opinions. Docent trainees who complete the training process receive a certificate from the museum.

 

  • The museum’s docent program has been offered since 2002.
  • Qualification: Undergrade or graduate students
  • Recruitment Period: June and December every year (once each, twice in total)

Internships

The museum operates an internship program to train future museum professionals. Our interns are provided with opportunities to experience the various activities and functions of the museum, including but not limited to hosting exhibitions, preserving collections, conducting research, engaging in publicity, and providing education. The internship program is a good opportunity to pursue one’s interest in the profession. For those who complete the process, a certificate of internship will be issued.

 

  • Qualification: Ewha students enrolled in the art history graduate degree programs.
  • Recruitment Period: June and December every year
