• Two interpreters form one team for simultaneous interpretation. Highly technical meetings or meetings that exceed eight hours may require three interpreters.
• Consecutive interpretation is performed by one interpreter. However, highly technical meetings or meetings that exceed four hours may require two interpreters. In the case where two interpreters provide consecutive interpretation, overtime rates are applied after eight hours.
• The length of a meeting is calculated from the start to the end of a meeting. Only the lunch hour (up to a maximum of one hour) indicated in the program of the meeting can be deducted from the total hours.
• If the client, due to their own reasons, completes their selection of interpreter(s) and then cancels the request for interpretation services four to seven days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 30% of the base interpretation fee will be charged. If the client cancels the request for interpretation services two to three days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 40% of the base interpretation fee will be charged. If the client cancels the request for interpretation services 1 day prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the base interpretation fee will be charged. If the client cancels the request for interpretation services on the day of the event, 100% of the base interpretation fee will be charged.

In principle, recording and broadcasting of interpretation is prohibited. However, if necessary, the client must ask for the interpreter's consent and 50~100% of the interpretation fee will be additionally charged for recordings, 100% of the interpretation fee will be additionally charged for broadcasting, and 100% of the interpretation fee will be additionally charged for materials that are archived.

• If the client requests the interpreter(s) to be present at pre-meetings and rehearsals on a day prior to the event, a pre-meeting/rehearsal charge will apply. (If interpretation is required during rehearsal, the base interpretation rates, not pre-meeting rates, will apply.)
• Pre-meeting rates: If the interpreter is requested to be present at pre-meetings held on any day prior to the event, the pre-meeting rates of 100% of the daily base interpretation fee, will apply. (If the pre-meeting is held on the day of the event, the hours of interpretation service will begin from the start of the Pre-meeting.) 

• Round-trip travel time will be calculated based on the fastest transportation method and shortest travel route.
• Flight tickets must be provided for all domestic travel. If the region in which the event is held does not have an airport, the client is to provide KTX tickets.
• Round-trip airfare, transportation fees, and lodging fees (hotel quality accommodations; 1 person/room) are to be provided by the client.
