1. Please double check whether you are an exchange or a visiting student.
- Exchange students are those nominated by partner institutions which have formal exchange agreements with Ewha.
- Visiting students are those from any accredited 4-year institution of higher education, coming to study at Ewha on a fee-paying basis.

2. Student’s name, passport number, nationality and place of birth must be exactly same with the information written in your own passport. If you have a middle name, it should be written in the first name box along with your first name as per your passport.

3. Please make sure that you do not leave any section blank, especially for the GPA section. All applicants should have a cumulative GPA of over 2.5/4.0 or an equivalent score of 75% for their academic grade. If your institution does not provide a transcript which shows a cumulative GPA in the above format, please include a verification letter from your institution’s coordinator proving that your academic score satisfies the above requirement.

4. Please note that on-campus dormitories are given in a first-come first-serve basis, therefore it will be given to applicants who completed the online application first. If you make a mistake in your application, your application will be un-submitted and you will have to revise it according to the instructions written in the ※ STATUS OF APPLICATION & NOTIFICATION and then re-submit. This will delay your application date making your chances to get an on-campus dormitory lower. Therefore please check carefully before you submit.
