초록

중국조선족은 오랜 세월동안 ‘효’문화를 중요한 도덕적 가치척도로 간주해오고 활용 해왔다, 그러나 1990년대 이후 조선족사회의 거대한 인구이동의 물결 속에서 ‘효’를 포함한 전통적인 가치이념과 규범들이 흔들림을 받기 시작했다. 그 가운데서도 장기적으로 가정에서의 보살핌노동을 전담해 왔던 조선족 여성노인들이 직면한 곤경은 무엇보다 심각하다. 조선족 여성노인들의 배우자와의 높은 사별율과 그녀들 자신의 평균수명 연장은 여러 가지 질병으로 고통 받는 노년에 이르러 자녀로부터의 보살핌과 정신적 안위를 보다 절실하게 필요로 한다. 그러나 우선적으로 계획생육정책의 실행은 보살핌을 제공할 수 있는 인적 자원의 부족을 초래했고 거기에 더하여 지속적인 노동력인구의 이동은 그녀들과 자녀와의 장기적인 별거를 기정사실로 만들었다. 또 조선족 특유의 언어,음식습관 등의 원인으로 인하여 조선족 여성노인들의 양로시설입주는 어려움이 많다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 문화, 성별분업, 인구이동 등 여러 가지 요소로 인해 조선족 여성 노인의 돌봄 서비스가 조선족 남성노인 및 같은 중국 경내의 한족 여성노인들과도 다른 특수한 곤경에 처해 있다는 점을 제시했으며 동시에 오늘 날 헤아릴 수 없을 정도로 많은 유료서비스와의 대조를 통해 묵묵히 가정을 위하여 한 생을 바쳐온 여성노인들의 무보수노동에 대한 가치평가를 재시도 했다. 나아가서 경제적 이익만을 추구하는 차가운 현실세태 속에서 젊은 세대의 노인들에 대한 책임 및 윤리의식을 강화함으로써 전통적인 ‘효’이념을 발양하고 조선족사회의 양성발전을 도모해야 할 것을 제언했다.

Chinese Korean has long been adhering to respecting Confucian culture of "filial piety" and "filial piety" is an important content of Korean social life and spiritual life. However, since globalization, the traditional value system and the change of daily life accompanied by the grand and trans regional mobility of Chinese Koreans have posed a great challenge to traditional filial piety culture. Among them, the elderly Korean women who take care of the labor for a long time are facing a very severe service dilemma. Korean women have high widowhood rate and longer life span. Years of unpaid domestic care work have also given them an overstretched condition of illness that makes them more dependent on the care services of others and emotional comfort from their children. However, the small childbearing model affected by the family planning system has led to a lack of human resources for care services in old age. the continuous flow of population puts them in a state of isolation from their children and relatives. The specific language habits and eating habits of Korean nationality makes it difficult for them to get care services in institutions such as nursing homes. The above situation makes the elderly women of Korean nationality in the predicament of lack of care service. Therefore, this paper is intended to reveal factors such as culture, gender division, population flow and so on make it difficult to obtain close emotional care services, daily life care services and medical care services for the elderly Korean women, which are different from those of the aged Korean men, and aged Han women in China. Affirming and respecting the unpaid care work performed silently by Korean.
