Title : BeNative Internship Recruitment for Japanese Students (By 3/10)

BeNative is a global company that currently offers business language services based on interviews of more than 300 of the world’s most famous businessmen. With our headquarters in Seoul, South Korea, we are currently expanding our global business into countries such as Japan, US, China, and Taiwan.


In Korea, more than 2,000 companies including Samsung, LG, Lotte and SK have already started to utilize BeNative’s services and content in their in-house education. In Japan, some of our clients include NTT, Nippon Manpower, Optim, and GROLEN.


BeNative is looking for a new employee to begin active B2C business in Japan. If you are a Japanese citizen living in South Korea and interested in startups, language, and education, you may be a good fit. Upon being selected, a 3-month internship will precede before becoming a full-time  manager.


This position will require that you working Seoul, South Korea. We are preferably looking for a person who can work full time (Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00) However, if you are interested and currently unable to work full time due to your own schedule at school and etc. Please don’t hesitate to let us know. Job duties include:

l  Marketing: how to market authentic business English to non-native English speakers (This is a great opportunity to learn online marketing from beginner to higher level)

l  Localization and translation of content into Japanese.

l  Japanese social media management


Please note that this position is taking place in Seoul, South. Candidates must currently reside in South Koreato be considered for this position.

l  Location: We are located near Seocho station (near the Gangnam district in Seoul)

l  Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-6 with a 1 hour lunch breaks.

l  Payment: 1,500,000 KRW (monthly) / after 3 months, individuals may negotiate their annual salary.

l  Native Japanese and fluent English/Korean speaker

l  Major in Business or Marketing is preferable (or soon to graduate/student)

l  Must be currently residing in Seoul or surrounding area

l  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, cloud-sharing software such as Dropbox, Box, etc.

l  Be proactive in taking on new projects and managing timelines

l  Open minded; someone who enjoys challenges and trying new things.
