As the rapid spread of SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant, Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency decided to impose toughest Level 4 social distancing in Seoul Metropolitan area, which includes Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Incheon. 

Level 4 rules in Seoul area will be implemented for two weeks from 0:00 of July 12, 2021 to 24:00 of July 25. The major measures are as follows.

● Private gatherings are allowed for up to 4 people before 6:00 PM. However, gatherings of more than two people will be banned after 6:00 PM.

● Publicly used facilities such as restaurants, cafes, movie theaters, educational facilities, gyms will be closed after 10:00 PM. (Nightclubs, bars, and other entertainment establishments will be shut down.)

● Any kind of events will be banned. Demonstrations will also be restricted except for single-person protests.

● Sports events will be played behind closed doors, and religious activities are allowed non-face-to-face services only.

● Wear a mask over your nose and mouth and keep a distance of 2m(at least 1m) from each other.

● In case of person with symptoms, receive COVID-19 test and avoid contact with others, staying home. 

● Wash your hands frequently with soup and running water.

● Have non face-to-face meeting with acquaintance outside of co-workers and families living together.

● Open the window and air out more than three time a day. Sanitize the room regularly.
