Entrance Cancellation and Refund Policy

▣ If you want to cancel the entrance, please send an email as soon as possible

▣ You cannot re-apply in the same semester when you cancel dormitory

▣ If you fail to notify the housing office of your entrance cancellation on time, it will be considered as the early check-out, and thus refund amount will be deducted
